This Privacy Policy describes AdGyde Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates' ("AdGyde", "we", "us" or "our") practices regarding data received or otherwise collected through our services, including our websites and its subdomains such as https://www.adgyde.com, software development kit ("SDK"), other software tools and APIs, and our platforms hosted on our websites (collectively, the "Services").

AdGyde is committed to ensuring that our partners, clients and their end users privacy is protected. We ask our partners, clients and their end users provide certain information by which they can be identified when using this website, then our partners, clients and their end users can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our partners, clients and their end users, so we are explaining our practices. Below we describe how and for which purposes we may use the data provided to us by our partners and clients (including of their end users), where and how we store the data, with whom we may share it.

AdGyde's Services

AdGyde's Services enable advertisers and developers (our "Clients") to attribute and track the performance of their advertising campaigns and applications, including their effectiveness, usage, installations and downloads. Our Services also enable our Clients to analyse data regarding their campaigns, applications and their prospective and actual end-users ("End users"), including additional data received from AdGyde's business partners ("Partners"), as further described below.

AdGyde has no direct relationship with its Clients' End Users, or with any other individuals whose personal data we may process on our Clients' behalf. Our Services may be used by our Clients to collect and analyse such personal data, and accordingly, we process such data under the direction of our Clients.

Client and Partner Data

In order to receive the AdGyde Services, or to integrate and partner with AdGyde, Clients and Partners will be required to register and provide us with certain data, including personal data such as their email address, first and last name, and their company's name and website, as well as technical data referring to their usage of our Services, their internet connection, device, systems and software used to access and use our Services.

AdGyde use information to improve their products and services. We might use your information to customize your experience with us. This could include displaying content based upon your preferences. It is each Client's and Partner's voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such personal data, but refusal to provide any required data may result in us not being able to register the Client or Partner and enable them to receive or integrate with our Services.

End Users Data received from our Clients

AdGyde's Clients use our Services to track and analyse the characteristics and activities of the End Users, and for such purpose upload to AdGyde's platform and servers certain data regarding their End Users. Such data is provided to AdGyde by the Client, by the Client's integration and implementation of AdGyde's SDK and APIs into the Client's own application or services (that are being used by the End Users). The data we receive from Clients refers to downloads, impressions, clicks and installations of their mobile applications, mobile device use and data regarding in-app events.

Our Clients may use our services to collect and analyse the data parameters, (i) unique identifiers and technical data, such as IP address, User agent, IDFA (Identifier For Advertisers) or Android ID (in Android devices); (ii) technical data regarding the End User's operating system, device attributes and settings, applications, advertising opt-out signals, Google Advertiser ID, in-app events, device motion parameters and carrier.

Any other data should not be provided to AdGyde, unless specifically agreed in writing by us and in accordance with applicable law.

Once such data parameters are uploaded by our Clients to the Services, they enable us to provide the Services to our Clients and enable the Clients to analyse their campaigns and performance, as well as their End Users' habits and characteristics.

End User Data received from our Partners

On certain instances, our Clients may choose to use our Services to integrate and connect with AdGyde's third party Partners, or may, to the extent available, otherwise choose to customize or enable certain optional features on our Services, for the analysis of the data collected in connection with the Clients' campaigns or applications (such as data segmentation, install attribution, audience-building, re-targeting, creating or supplementing End User or inventory profiles, creating, supplementing or amending interest categories, or syndication or other distribution to third parties).

In order to process such data via our Services, our Clients have to actively set parameters that allow for such customization, integration or measurement. Specifically, we permit our Clients and Partners to upload the data parameters

Similar to the provision of the services, AdGyde is acting as a third party processor on behalf of our Clients/ Partners and process such data only on their behalf.

How We Use Data

The personal data collected or processed through our Services (concerning either our Clients, their End Users, our Partners or visitors to the AdGyde platform or website) will be used for: (i) creating aggregate data and anonymous data (as specified below), (ii) providing the Services, and (iii) improving and maintaining our Services. For example, we use such data to help diagnose problems with our servers, to diagnose and prevent fraudulent activity, to consider and develop new services and features and to improve the Services and make them more useful.

By analysing the data, we receive, we may compile aggregate and anonymized data ("Aggregate Data"). Aggregate Data is anonymous and is not linked to any personal data. Aggregate Data helps understand trends and client needs so that new services can be considered, and so existing products and services can be tailored to client desires.

Data Disclosures and Transfers

We may transfer or disclose personal data within AdGyde's subsidiaries and branches and/or to third party service providers and Partners that help us provide our Services, as well as to our Clients, for the purpose of providing them with our Services. We may also disclose End Users' personal data to any other third party at our Clients' approval or direction/instruction. Any such entities may be located in different countries, including outside India or the European Economic Area.

The provisions of this Policy and the agreements with our Clients and Partners apply to such transfers to our third party service providers. We will take appropriate measures to protect your privacy and the personal data in the context of such transfers. All our subsidiaries, employees and third party service providers are subject to non-disclosure and restricted-use obligations.

We may also disclose personal data in our possession if we are required to do so by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or search warrant, governmental order, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect the data subject's safety or the safety of others, to protect AdGyde's legitimate interests (such as in the course of a legal proceeding or other dispute resolution process), or to investigate fraud or other threats.

If AdGyde is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, or any change in ownership, the data may be disclosed to such third party acquirers, subject to applicable law. AdGyde will provide notice upon such a change.

Use of this Services/website by children

We are not directed toward individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that such individuals do not provide Personal Data through our services/website. Additionally, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13, unless or except as permitted by law. If we learn that Personal Data has been collected from a user under 13 years of age on or through the services/website, then we will take the appropriate steps to cause this information to be deleted. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has registered on the website or you believe has otherwise provided Personal Data to us, please contact AdGyde at support@adgyde.com to have that child’s account terminated and information deleted

Tracking Technologies on Our Website

In operating the Services, we along with our third party partners may use tracking technologies such as cookies, E-Tags, JavaScript, beacons and Local Storage such as HTML5. Our third party partners also use Local Shared Objects (LSOs) such as Flash.

A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to a browser. The browser provides this piece of text to the originating server when the visitor returns. AdGyde uses cookies to help implement its tracking technology. AdGyde does not store any personal data in cookies. Most Web browsers are initially configured to accept cookies, but you can change this setting so your browser either refuses all cookies or informs you when a cookie is being sent. Also, you are free to delete any existing cookies at any time. Please note that some features of AdGyde may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.

E-Tag is a technology that is part of the standard HTTP protocol that allows our website to validate temporary storage (cache) of our pages and images. This ensures that you are viewing the latest version of our website since your last visit.

JavaScript is a dynamic object oriented computer programming language. JavaScript is used to understand user behaviour on our website.

Local Storage (LS) such as HTML5 and Local Shared Objects (LSOs) such as Flash are used to store content information and preferences. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LS's.

Beacons are clear graphic image(s) of 1×1 pixel that is delivered through a web browser usually as part of a webpage request. Web beacons operate as a tag that records an end users visit to a particular webpage.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain data automatically, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system and/or clickstream data.

Opt-out of personalisation / Interest based advertising

In case you wish to opt-out of the personalisation / Interest based advertisement and would like to remove the personalisation data stored on your browser you can remove the cookies by following the instructions below for your specific browser.

Flash cookies or Adobe Local Storage Objects:

In addition to regular cookies (HTTP cookies), you may also have "Flash cookies," or "Adobe Local Storage Objects." You usually can't delete these from the browser, because they aren't handled by the browser, they are handled by the Adobe flash player.

Opt-out of Mobile based personalisation

In case you wish to opt-out of the personalisation and would like us to remove the personalisation data stored then you can send us the mobile device ID. This unique mobile operating system IDs, such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertising ID (IDFA) or Google Advertising ID (GAID), is only used to ascertain the right attribution partner. But user can opt out from the AdGyde services by fill out the details in Opt-out Page and AdGyde will remove the said user device’s data from our system.

Please note that if you opt-out of mobile based personalisation, we will still be collective some generic data but not related to personalisation. You must opt-out from every device browser and device using the appropriate opt-out methods.

Social Widgets

Our website includes Social Media Features, such as the Share button or links to social networks like Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Facebook. These Features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Widgets allow you to share our Blog articles on your social media page. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the service.

Blog

Our Website offers publicly accessible blogs that may be shared on various social networks. Our blog is managed by a third party application that may require you to register to post a comment. We do not have control of the comments posted to the blog (even though we reserve our right to moderate such comments). You will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want your personal data that was posted to the comments section removed. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the service.

Third-Party Links

Our website includes links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of AdGyde. If you submit personal data to any of those websites, your data is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any website you visit.

Data Retention

We retain personal data concerning End Users for as long as the applicable Client account is active, or as otherwise instructed by such Client, End User or any partner that has provided us with such data, or otherwise to the extent authorized under applicable law. We may adopt shorter retention periods to the extent required or authorized by our Clients or partners, or in accordance with common practices and legal requirements. We may also retain and use personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and to protect our or others' legal rights and legitimate interests.

We retain Clients' personal data in accordance with the purposes, requirements and legal basis for which such data was provided or made available to us or utilized by us in accordance with applicable law. For example, we retain our Clients' contact details as reasonably necessary for the purposes of maintaining our engagements and performing, improving and promoting our Services and relationships with our Clients.

Option to withdraw the consent

At your request, we will remove or delete Personal Information that you have provided to us. You may do so by emailing at support@adgyde.com with your opt-out request. Some of our Service may permit you to opt-out of certain voluntary Communications for which you have registered or subscribed to receive and promotional Automatic Communications. Users may unsubscribe from receiving voluntary Communications and promotional Automatic Communications from us at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of every email.

Correcting or updating your personal information

If you have provided your Personal Information to us, you can choose to update or delete it by logging into your account or contacting us at support@adgyde.com , or following instructions provided in communications sent to you. We will need sufficient information from you to establish your identity and to verify your access request, and also to assist us in handling your request. Please note that even if personal information is changed or deleted according to your request, we may still retain some of your personal information to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreement(s), and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of the Services.
